the 37 unit complex. Alternatively, use your smart phone from anywhere in the world to grant access for

deliveries or for friends and family to enter. You have an assigned parking space for two vehicles in your secure

gated parking garage. Your space is large enough to have room for a bicycle too, and there is your own small

individual padlocked storage locker in the garage. Although the parking garage is basement-like under the

building, the first floor of the building is raised enough that there is natural light in the garage during daylight
