* Pay a $50 non-refundable application fee
(Fee will NOT be processed until Applicant Consent)
These requirements must also be completed by any resident 18+ years of age added to the household during the lease term. Minimum Credit Score 650 (lower credit score may require larger deposit or other considerations so long as the other criteria are met). Leases are on Georgia Association of Realtors forms.
