PROCEDURE FOR TOURING & APPLYING:

* Send us a message to request a tour of the property. You will be sent a link to complete a pre-qualification and schedule a tour of the property.

* Once the pre-qualification/tour is complete, you can go to [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] to complete the HOA application for occupancy. A copy of the application is received by both the HOA and the Landlord. Once the application is submitted, you will receive an email from the HOA requesting you to make a payment. Please proceed to make payment only if you have received a confirmation from us to do so.

* Once payment is made, HOA will start screening and processing your application. The landlord will also be given the opportunity to review and make a decision.

* If your application is approved by both the HOA and the landlord, a copy of the lease contract will be sent to you to sign.



BREAKDOWN OF FEES & CHARGES:

* HOA screening fee: $100 per married couple or per adult. For example, for a family of 4 consisting of a married couple + an 18 year old child + a 17 year old child, the HOA would charge a total of $200 (that's $100 for the married couple + $100 for the adult child).

* $125 Lease Processing Fee to be paid upon signing the lease. It covers charges for approving and processing your lease agreement.

* Minimum of 1 month rent to be paid upon signing the lease.

* $1845 refundable security deposit to be paid upon signing the lease.
