Two Bedroom/One Bath 2nd Floor Corner Apartment - Move in by July 11th, and we will give you $800.00 off of your move in cost!!! This wonderful two bedroom/one bath is located on the corner on the second floor. There are hardwood floors in the living room, hallway and bedrooms with new vinyl flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. This apartment has a large eat-in kitchen with great cabinet and countertop space. You have a small patio out both your front and back door. There are washer and dryer hook-ups. You have your own furnace and water heater. Residents pay individually metered gas and electric to Xcel Energy. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
We are a pet friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs (must be at adult weight under 40 pounds). There is a $150.00 pet deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, there is a $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet.
Qualifications are:
Must make two and a half times the rent
We run credit and criminal background checks
We do not take anyone with an eviction less than 5 years or money owed to another property
We will accept a Section 8 Housing Voucher
Renter's Liability Insurance required; $15.50 monthly through us or you can provide your own.
