This wonderful two bedroom/one bath is located on the corner on the second floor. There are hardwood floors in the living room, hallway and bedrooms with new vinyl flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. This apartment has a large eat-in kitchen with great cabinet and countertop space. You have a small patio out both your front and back door. There are washer and dryer hook-ups. You have your own furnace and water heater. Residents pay individually metered gas and electric to Xcel Energy. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

We are a pet friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs (must be at adult weight under 40 pounds). There is a $150.00 pet deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, there is a $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet.
