The vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans create an airy and comfortable atmosphere throughout the cottage. Rest peacefully in the queen-sized bed, and take advantage of the decks to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. With A/C to keep you cool during the warmer months and a freezer for your convenience, Snow Cottage has everything you need. Plus, we welcome your furry friends, as pets are allowed.

PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply).
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
TENANT PAID UTILITIES Nothing beyond the monthly utility fee mentioned above, unless utility charges are over a reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
