Park in the 1 car garage and take the stairs up three flights to the upper level of the building. There is also non designated guest parking in the complex parking lot. The condo itself is two floors with the kitchen, dining area, living room, queen bedroom, laundry and full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs is the second bedroom w/ twin over full bunk bed, and private full bathroom.
Since the condo is on the back, or the uphill side of the slope the living room and downstairs bedroom have sliding doors that open on to the ground level. There is a wood burning stove in the living, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and the kitchen comes stocked with all the pots, pans, and silverware needed to stay in and cook at home.

LEASE DETAILS: Alpine Meadows 2 Bedroom Condo ski lease
Ski lease is available starting in October and into the spring, with flexibility on exact start and end dates. The owner would consider a longer lease up to 12 months, but requires a minimum of a 5 month ski lease.
Tenant will be responsibility for water and electricity, but all other utilities are included. Please inquire for more information, to schedule a showing or to apply. Credit and background check are required.
