Description

The cute casita offers 1 bedroom with a living room with ceiling fan that opens to the kitchen with white quartz countertops, brown cabinets, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, window above the kitchen sink and small desk area. Very large primary bedroom with four square small glass block strips highlighting our gorgeous red rocks and ample closet space.

Casita has a private driveway with locked gates and new fencing. Owner has installed a security alarm that is hooked up to the fire department. Two car garage for the main house.

LEASING FEES:

Monthly Rent: $1,800.00

Refundable Security Deposit: $1,800.00

Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $250.00

AMENITIES INCLUDED IN LEASE:

UTILITIES:

Tenant is responsible for:

• Electricity (APS) - to be billed back to the tenant each month, remains in owner's name

PET POLICY:

• Have good to excellent credit (recommended credit score of 670+)

• Earn three times the monthly rent

• Supply current verifiable income

• Complete an application if over the age of 18

• Qualify on their own - co-signers will not be considered

• Not be currently on unemployment
