Hello! We are looking to rent our one bedroom one bathroom apartment. This second floor apartment space is connected to our home in Pelzer, conveniently located minutes off of I-85. The apartment has its own private entrance and consists of one very large bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A refrigerator and microwave left by previous tenants are available to use if needed. Washer and dryer hook-ups are present, but these appliances will be supplied by the renter if desired. The apartment has a private deck that overlooks part of the 2.5 acre yard and the in-ground pool that will be able to be utilized by the renter. Expense will include all utilities (power, water, WiFi), yard upkeep, and pool maintenance. No pets! New carpet will be installed prior to move-in.
