Rental Requirements:

1). Income: Applicants must earn 3x the rent and provide valid and current proof of income, demonstrating 2 years of consistent income.

2). Credit Score: Minimum credit score of 580.

3) Rental History: Good rental history with no prior evictions.

4). Background Check: Must pass a background check

5). Lease Term: 12 months

6). Application Fee: $69 per adult (18 years and older).

7). Move in 21 days of date available

8). Fees at Lease Signing:

- First month's rent

- Security deposit

- One-time $199 administrative fee

Pets: Allowed with restrictions and deposits.

Section 8: Accepted with a complete RTA package and at least 10-12 months remaining on the voucher before renewal.
