One cat or small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of an 8-month lease to start.
