Application fee is $55 per person, all persons age 18 and older that will be living in the property or contributing to rent are required to submit an application. To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income and must provide 3 months of paystubs and 3 months of bank statements, and please note that properties require that applicant have a credit score of 580 or above with exceptions by law and make Two times the rent, must have no evictions within the last 5 years and no collections from past landlords. We run a background check as well. Tenant insurance is required. If property allows all applicants with animals are required to register their animals through [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Pet increases monthly rent by $35.00 and Pet Deposit of $250.00. These provisions are per pet. Not uploading/providing requested documents will cause a significant delay in processing application(s).
