The Room:
We have one master bedroom that is available for rent with private bathroom and closet. Use your 300sqft private bedroom downstairs with private bathroom and closet. It’s a fully lit room with pretty view through the windows.
GUEST ACCESS:
Our 4,000sqft home is like two houses that have been built together, so there’s a lot of space.
Our 13,000 sqft lot has these fruit trees that we like to share: persimmons, passion fruit, lemons, & orange fruit trees. Our backyard is has a nice paver walkway, bbq area, and pergola to hang out.Other roomates access: dining room, work/library living room, & washer/dryer laundry area.Central heat and window AC units available for each room.Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything (utensils, cups, bowls, plates, knives, gas range, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and microwave oven).There is plenty of street parking in front of our home, unlike most areas of Long Beach that charge for parking.
Utilities and high-speed internet is shared among our roommates and our family and is not included in the monthly rent which is an additional $100 total.
LEASE TERM:
It is a 6months lease and then it will be month-to-month after. Deposit is 1x the room.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Looking for a male or a female that is a young professional. Makes at least 3x the rent. No couples. NO smoking, drugs, drinking, evictions, nor pets.
Applicant Requirements: income verification/proof required with $30 screening background with good credit score or higher.
We also like to read the Bible & pray together. Join our family though not mandated or voluntarily.
