The master bedroom is the size of small apartments, has a walk-in closet, and a large adjoining bathroom with a jetted soaker tub. The house has been pet-free- were fine if you have them. The home also has a bonus room that functions as an office in addition to the three other bedrooms. It is 2880 sq ft, 3bd/2.5ba Juanita 1-story (custom built 2007) in pristine condition! Open/expansive kitchen w/granite counters, ss appliances & breakfast bar. Dining area opens to family rm w/vaulted ceiling & floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. Master bedroom w/double-sided fireplace, 5-piece bath w/heated floors, walk-in closet & French doors leading to private deck. 2 more sizable bedrooms w/Jack & Jill bath, den/office & 1/2ba. 3car garage, RV parking, A/C, The home is inset down ~150 feet of driveway, aka a “flag lot” and were also not on a through street. There are ~5 homes on it occupied by quiet professionals. We’re less than 2 minutes from I-405, walking distance to a large grocery store and a lake bordering city park. We’re also ~5 minutes to a large-ish shopping center with a Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and some other retailers.
The master bedroom has an outside door and attached bathroom, if you wanted to stop by for a tour, a weekend or whatnot and see how it is, wed be happy to have you stay with as little or much interaction as you like.
