You have one parking pass to park free on the street, so you can freely park one vehicle. This neighborhood requires parking passes to park on the streets. Once you have this pass which we provide, you will always be able to find parking very close to the house. We do not offer parking inside our house driveway since it is small.

The 4th bedroom is upstairs in the guesthouse and includes its own kitchenette and private living space including a large full bath and balcony seating. It has its own separate AC system here.
