$800 - Room for rent in Caldwell with all utilites included

Room for rent in my Large 4 bed 2.5 bath house. Shared space with me and one other person, there are two full baths, and the one is mine, and the other is shared. Currently it has a double vanity one side not in use and a second door in the bathroom to the showe and toilet area to create some seperation. No smoking of any kind, and no pets. The kitchen and living room are down stairs, and the upstairs has all of the bedroom and the laundry room. There will be a garage spot availibe as well in the near future. The house sits in a neighborhood that has a community pool and several walking paths. The house its self has a large yard with a covered patio and spacious living areas. The bed pictured will be moved to another room upon someone renting out the room.
