IF YOU ARE A SECTION 8 TENANT, when you get to the employer section, put Section 8 and voucher size as your employer and your address/info for employer info. You may also upload a copy of your voucher but this is optional.

- ID (DRIVERS LICENSE , PHOTO ID)
- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
- $25 FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK
- LANDLORD PACKET
