The spacious primary bedroom is on the left side of the house with it's private bathroom and a his and hers walk-in closet. A door takes you directly onto the screened porch at the back of the house. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms each with a huge closet. There is a den/play area on the landing. Also, upstairs is a full bathroom. The stars of the property are the enormous, screened porch along the entire width of the house, a deck with BBQ with propane hook-up, covered boat storage, a private concrete boat launch and even a small dock.
