We may require approving tenant with pets, but we are willing to consider allowing a pet in the home or outside with lease, as long as the tenant can guarantee no damage will occur on or two the property that cost the landlord money for repairs. A final contract agreement, between tenant and landlord of this property question, is required consented by tenant, before landlord agrees and consents to lease this property to any individual. Final lease term, and agreement/contract, will be presented to tenant by landlord at time of lease.
