This home that sleeps 6, includes a private, fenced backyard with pool and hot tub, two outside shaded lounge areas and much more!
MEDIUM-TERM AVAILABILITY, 1 to 5 months starts Aug 1, 2025. Utilities are included (electric, internet, water, sewer, trash) for 3 month stays or less. Maintenance of small yard areas if staying longer than 3 months will be the renters responsibility. Owner pays for pool/hot tub maintenance and streaming TV services. Free street parking. Theres a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet - small to medium sized dogs only, no other animals. Free for ESA and service dogs with appropriate paperwork. No smoking or vaping inside the property. We require an application with credit and background checks. Acceptable strong credit report with a clean history, no late payments, derogatory marks, collections or bankruptcies.
Inside - You will find modern comforts and conveniences with a bright & cozy boho vibe. Stainless steel appliances, modern kitchen with custom table/bench seating, center island with drawers and two bar stools, cedar wood plank ceiling throughout most of the house, carpeted primary bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom/laundry and second bedroom with queen bed, closet and TV. There is a dedicated workspace in the third bedroom with a full-sized pull out sofa bed. The L-shaped house has a great layout as the primary bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms by the kitchen and living room. Newly installed upgraded ceiling fans/lights in the primary bedroom, living room and kitchen.
Outside - The lanai includes a large TV, string lights, ample seating, one-of-a-kind coffee table and a built-in cooler table. Covered carport area includes a bar and grill area (gas and charcoal option included) with TV, mini fridge, string lights and seating as well as a 6-foot privacy fence with gate. Beautiful new palm trees and plants near the 4-person hot tub add privacy for that relaxed tropical boho vibe. The refreshing pool is not heated but can be kept warm during the cooler months with the portable solar cover which is easily rolled up when not in use. Two beach bikes (cruisers) with tire pump, cornhole and beach items are included for your use.
