There are two bedrooms on the other end of the house that share a full bathroom. This home sits on a half acre in a quiet country setting in Diamond Point. There is no garage but there is a shed in the back yard and plenty of driveway parking. Sewer/septic is included in the rent but the tenant is responsible for all other utilities including water, electricity, and garbage. Tenants are also responsible for yard care, so please be sure you have your own equipment and time to keep the grass and weeds under control, or be willing to pay someone to do it on your behalf.
