We’re renting a beautiful 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath Victorian home near downtown Sheboygan Falls for $1,925/month. The home has hardwood floors throughout the first floor, original mahogany crown molding in the living room, and a recently remodeled bathroom. It also has central A/C and heat with a multi-zone thermostat for comfort.
Parking and storage are a big plus here: there are two 1.5-car garages, one attached and one detached, and the detached garage includes an additional 25x20 workshop / entertainment space.
Showings are available starting February 15th. The property will be vacant starting March 1st, and we expect a move-in date around March 10th so we have time to clean and prepare the home for the next tenant. Earlier move-in may be possible for a qualified applicant. Utilities are tenant-paid, renters insurance is required (details available upon request), and this is a non-smoking home. We’re prioritizing long-term renters with a longer than a 12-month minimum lease.
For anyone applying, there is a $35 non-refundable application fee per adult, and we run a credit and background check. The security deposit is one month’s rent ($1,925)
Small dogs are allowed up to 25 lbs, with an additional $30/month per pet and an additional $400 refundable pet deposit. Unfortunately, no cats.
