Included utilities are water, sewer, standard trash/refuse, basic WiFi/Internet, and yard service. Tenant(s) responsible for all other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renters insurance. The home does have a separate electric meter. Pet friendly. Available for a 6 month rental term October 1st, 2024 through 4/1 only. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis- a pet dog would be $100 more per month
per dog and a pet cat woud be $50 more per month per pet cat.
