2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

-Refundable Security Deposit: $1,250
-Non-refundable Redecoration Fee: $600
-Air Filter Fee: Equal to $10/month for the entire lease. Full amount paid at lease signing
