Villas at Spring Park on Loop 337 is an award-winning cozy little community that offers vintage living surrounded by everything New Braunfels has to offer. With only 32 apartments in four spacious 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans, we provide great maintenance and some nice touches that will truly make you feel at home. We were selected Best of New Braunfels Apartment Community for 2022!
New residents choose our community for lots of great reasons:
- Our easy in/out location on the loop puts us just two stop lights to I-35 and minutes to Gruene, the river, and downtown.
- Our site is beautiful with mature trees and landscaping and most buildings set into a hillside. This unique topography and building configuration allows almost 40% of our units to be corner or end units. The hillside configuration also means less wallspace shared between neighbors in our 1BR units.
- Our apartments have surprisingly large walk-in closets.
- Each apartment comes with washer dryer included, ceiling fans, plank-look flooring throughout (no carpet!), premium blinds, and heavy-duty garbage disposal. Many offer upgraded stainless or white appliances.
- We offer the most responsive maintenance in town. Our team has been with us for years and knows the community inside and out. We are also owner-managed. We truly care about providing you with superior service.
