Room Rental Terms Month-to-Month
1. Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit is required upfront before move-in.
The deposit will be reimbursed in full if the room is returned in the same condition as when you moved in, excluding normal wear and tear.
2. Rent Due Date
Rent is due monthly on the same calendar day as your move-in date.
Example: If you move in on the 10th, rent will be due on the 10th of each month.
3. Late Fees
If rent is more than 3 days late, a $15 daily late fee will be added to that month's rent starting on the 4th day.
4. Notice to Vacate
Tenants must provide at least 7 days' written notice before vacating.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
