Rental Terms: Month To Month
Rent: $775.00 for RV Space Rent
Water/Sewer billed back to residents monthly. Tenants pay own electric service.
Security Deposit Start at (Can Be increased depending on screening criteria): $1500.00 – Due within 48 hours of approval. Failure to submit the full security deposit within 48 hours will result in the subject property being reactivated and advertised to locate another approved applicant.
Date Available For Viewing & Move In*: 8/6/2024 * Available to change without notice
Breed & Size Restrictions Apply. Additional Security deposit of $500.00 per pet
All Companion/Service Animals Accepted with proper documentation.
