- Tenants to use electric blower to clear debris off the gutters on back patio if applicable.

- Turn off main water if leaving house for more than 7 days.

Dont Do:

- No smoking inside the house.

- Do not use fire place in the basement

- Do not use backdoor in alleyway

- Do not make make any permanent change to the house without landlord approval

Pet Policy:

- Pet Fee $100 per year

- Tenants must pick up after their pet

- Tenants agree that their pet will not be a nuisance to neighbors.

- Tenant is required to pay for any damage caused by the animal.
