Net monthly income of $3500 or more. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, snow removal, and lawn care. For water bill tenant will be charge an extra $75 monthly.
Every three months the owner and Tenant will balance the water bill, if the water bill is less than $225 (75x3=225) the Tenant will get a credit on your next month rent, if its more than $225 the Tenant agrees to pay the difference.
One year lease/security deposit $2000.
No Felonies (regardless of time).
No Misdemeanors under 5 years.
No evictions in last 5 years on your record(dismissed or not).
APPLICATION INFO (1ST COME, 1ST SERVE ).
1)ALL persons over the age of 18 who will be residing in the unit are required to complete a rental application. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) We run your credit, criminal, sex offender, and background check.
3) EACH applicant must provide proof of income (last 2 check stubs, etc.),proof of identity (photo copy of drivers license or state issued ID) and a copy of your social security card.
4) 2 years of rental history with a positive reference from your landlords. If you do not have rental history, we will request Co-signer to apply with you.
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ALL OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
