All RV's must be approved by management to verify the RV meets park standards for appearance and properly maintained.
Water/Sewer & Electrical Hookups
Metered billback for water/sewer usage each month
Basic garbage included - all extra bags will be charged back to tenant.
Maximum of 2 additional vehicles.
Breed restrictions apply. All animals must be approved by management and must be spayed/neutered. Additional security deposit of $250.00 per animal. Maximum of 2 dogs/2cats.
