- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS:
- ADDITIONAL TERMS: The house will be undergoing a foundation repair in the next year. The house is safe to inhabit but RamJack will be coming in to perform a foundation repair when engineering plans and permits have been approved by the city. The repair should last 2 weeks. Then some additional work may need to be done to fill cracks in drywall/stucco as a result of lifting the structure. Happy to provide free rent for the month for the tenant for the inconvenience.
Tenants will also need to be cautious of cliff at the back of property, Good Life will not take responsibility for any injury with regards to the cliff. Good Life recommends tenants do not go down past the first level of the backyard.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of applying
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
