Bedroom #1 - 10 x 10 bedroom with small closet and plenty of natural light from two 2 windows. Located on the main level with access to the rest of the common spaces and a shared bathroom.
Bedroom #2 - More spacious 11 x 10 bedroom with small closet and some natural light from 1 window. Also located on the main level with access to the rest of the common spaces and shared bathroom.
About the House:
Newly built single-story house with full unfinished basement built in 2021 located a few minutes off of exit 75. House is situated on quite road with very few neighbors and a golf course just down the road. Only a 30 minute commute to Portland or Augusta.
House is fully furnished except for the bedroom(s) listed. Shared fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Off-street parking for 1 car per tenant.
Utilities (electric, internet, heating, water) included.
Shared washer and dryer in basement. Plenty of room in the basement for storage but the basement will be renovated/finished during occupancy so stuff will need to shift a bit as needed.
About the Housemates:
You will be sharing the house with an outgoing professional roommate (see more info below), and a 65-lb beagle-pointer mix named Baxter. Unfortunately, Baxter does not get along with other pets so no additional pets will be considered. There are two rooms available at this residence so you would be sharing the space the 3rd housemate as well.
Rent is $1,300/month. Security deposit is $1,300/month. Credit check and background fee of $55 with the application.
