Description

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on a 1.25 acre lot in Sequim, in a private, country setting just a short drive to shopping, medical, and schools. Primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer (provided as-is). Large living room with wood fireplace. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. 2 car garage, and a gigantic shop for rv/boat storage or hobbies. Covered back deck. House is heated and cooled with a heat pump. Water and sewer is included in the rent but tenants pay electricity, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. Tenants are responsible for mowing the grass, so please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the grass looking good at all times, or be willing to pay a landscaper to do it for you. Pets possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 additional monthly pet rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit, per pet. First and last month's rent and $3,300 refundable security deposit are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
