The space currently rents for $1800, but we renewed early at the discounted rate of $1588 that transfers to you through 8/31/25. Perfect apartment for students, can see UWT out the window across the street. Also fantastic location for anyone working in the city. Brand new, beautiful building, secure access only for tenants. Pet friendly, cats & dogs (max 60lbs), $250 deposit (max 2)& $35/mo fee.
You will need to qualify directly with the apartments for a lease transfer, we are just required to find a replacement tenant. Please begin the application process here:
