!IMPORTANT INFORMATION! This is a 90 days minimum booking. You need to submit an application to the HOA and must be approved by them. We will help you with the process. Need to abide with HOA rules. As soon as booking is confirmed, you will have 5 days to submit your HOA application or the reservation will be cancelled.

The space

Enjoy your stay in our 2 br, 2 baths waterfront condo located on the 2nd floor. It has an AC and WIFI to make your stay comfortable. You can enjoy using the pool. Minutes from beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, water park, bars, water sports, golf club, parks, and many more. A great location for you to discover Redington Shores the best way.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

Guest access

There is an elevator for your convenience.

One designated indoor garage parking space for you.

Shared pool.

Cleaning fee 250$.

Other things to note:

AFTER 10:00 PM CAN RESULT IN AN EARLY TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY WITH NO REFUND *

- NO PARTY or EVENT

-The property is managed by the community, we will help you the most we can but we aren't responsible for any water or electricity outage and will not provide refund for this matter. We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community and we do not have any control.

- Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains (Airbnb Claim will be made)

- Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only

-No Smoking, No Pets, No candles

-The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee

-No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.

-Please note that an extra charge($) will be made for each lost key or garage remote.

-Must comply with the community RULES AND REGULATIONS. Contact us for additional information.

-Pool( Verify hours of accessibility) Persons less than 14 years of age must have adult supervision at all times. (We are not responsible if the pools are closed for any particular reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community.)Shared with other guests.

-No swimming allowed in the intercoastal canal.

-There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team members for stays that are over 28 days or more.

-As soon as booking is confirmed, you will have 5 days to submit your HOA application or the reservation will be canceled.

-Need to abide with HOA rules and sign an HOA application and lease to be approved by HOA

-Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.

-Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.

*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for the purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests, or other circumstances when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
