Very Nice Home in Cordova - WE ENCOURGE YOU TO VIEW THIS PROPERTY PRIOR TO APPLYING.

This is a three bedroom two full bathroom home that has been freshly painted throughout. There is a large living room with a gas fireplace and LVP floors and is open to the dining room. There is a good sized kitchen which does come with a black refrigerator, stainless steel stove, built in microwave above the stove and dishwasher (however, none of the appliances including the washer or dryer are under warranty). There is a separate laundry room with a white washer and dryer and shelving for storage. Very nice home that will rent quickly!

Please note that due to the current rental housing shortage in the Memphis area the demand for our available homes is very high. The application review process is taking longer than normal. You should expect a response within 8-10 days.

**Screen shots will not be accepted** Statement must be downloaded in FULL from bank and include all pages from the E-Statement. (All pages must be included.)

4- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE RENTAL HISTORY WITH PROVEN VERIFICATION. MUST UPLOAD TENANT LEDGER
