As if that is not enough- there is detached 2 car garage (locked storage off the garage is owner storage and not for tenant use). Community clubhouse/pool/dock/boat ramp/beach access available for tenant use. Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly. Utilities tenant is responsible for: Puget Sound Energy, Water and Island Disposal.
