Parking:
• Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles
• Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules.
The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island.Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more. Multiple grocery stores,gas stations, etc located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants,coffee shops and boutiques. There are also several parks in the area for families to have fun at.
Other Things to Note RATE INCLUDES: Rent,Enhanced Departure Cleaning, and Linens. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Pet friendly.IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING A PET - an additional pet fee of $300 will be collected, please notify Sea Coast Rentals
Holy Crab is available for monthly reservations in the off season (mid-Sept to mid-May). Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
