• No unregistered guests are allowed.

• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.

• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin

• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee

• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.

• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.

• Complimentary and starting basic essentials

• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.

• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.

• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.

• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.

• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.

•One carport space available for parking within the complex.

•BBQ: We are not responsible of the BBQ functionality or availability as it is managed by the community. Guest will have to purchase their own charcoal.

As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
