We will consider 2 pets {under 35 lbs}. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee. Animals must be at least one year of age. NO cats allowed.
All showings are by appointment only and accompanied by an agent.
Rental Inst: All occupants over 18 must apply online at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Must have 3 times the monthly rent for income per month. No previous evictions or landlord debt. Applicants must pass a credit check, criminal background check, employment verification, and rental verification. See our website for our resident selection criteria. We charge a lease preparation fee of $75 before move-in. If you have a pet, there is an additional per-pet application charge administered by a third-party pet screening tool.
