Pet policy --No dogs -- No more than two Cats permitted -- must be at least 1-years old, housebroken (box trained), spayed/neutered, have all required vaccinations, and favorable landlord references. Additional pet deposit is $400 for one ($500 for two) and $35 per month pet fee for one pet ($50 per month for two).
