A credit score of 600+ is required. Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions.
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners). All adult occupants and cosigners must apply separately so each individual can be screened.
Tenant responsible for all utilities. Gas and electric to be in tenants name and paid directly by tenant. Water, sewage and trash are added to the monthly rental statement. Well behaved pets will be considered. $250 one time non-refundable pet fee and $50/month per pet. No Smoking. Not a Section 8 approved property.
