I am the owner, an American 🇺🇸 military veteran whom is easy going, retired from the Federal Government with 33 years of service whom is renting to non-drug use, non-smoking and non-drinking professionals only.
My wife is from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Most of our residents are Filipino’s
The house is very large, 5,314 sq. ft. with 4 levels which features various security measures in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch (GVR) upscale community near the Denver International Airport.
Currently renting rooms to various airline and restaurant employees on a permanent basis and has 6 furnished rooms and a separate 2 bedroom unfurnished apartment that is currently occupied.
The rooms all includes, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, 32 inch TV with WI-FI whom shares 1 full bathroom.
Food is not included in the rent but you can buy and store your food in separate refrigerators and cook in the kitchen.
We have 3 cats, although we have cats we are not accepting any renters with any pets.
We also have 7 backyard chickens 🐓 that provide us eggs.

Where do you work and your monthly income? (pay stubs required)
Normally your monthly income should equal 4X or more the rent of , example: $650.- which equals $2,600 minimum and so forth.
If you ask to see or show up at the property without providing your additional info, a couple of ad posted photos, pay stubs, drivers license and any other requirements in advance, you will not get a response and be denied.
