This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located in Wrightsville Dunes features an updated kitchen and tastefully updated baths. The master suite is oceanfront with a king bed that is positioned perfectly to offer the view of the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean along with picturesque sunrises. The condo is all on one level which features a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room combination along with 2 sound side guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a pyramid bunk (the top twin bed that is over the full is not available for use). The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each guest bedroom has water views of the tidal marsh.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.
The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Parking pass fee may apply. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit.
Occupancy: 8.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Students, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
