2 pets per apartment home allowed:
Small dogs’ max weight 30 pounds; $500.00 deposit per dog and $50.00 per month dog rent
Cats; $250.00 deposit per cat and $25.00 per month cat rent
Birds must remain in cage; $250.00 deposit each bird
Other small pet rodents or reptiles must remain in cages with a $250.00 deposit each
