$550/month – Available immediately. RV Spaces are located just off the Rogue River in a secluded part of the valley. Each space is unique, and has a park-like feel. Utilities that are included are water (well), Sewer (Septic), and trash. The owner has final approval regarding acceptable condition of the RV. Tenant to pay electricity (Metered), cable and any/all others. Pets to be leashed when outside / No smoking in the common areas.
$60.00 application fee for each adult applicant. Youll need to complete our application and have a minimum of 3 yrs acceptable rental history or equivalent and 1 yr continuous employment or equivalent. We check credit and criminal background as well as landlord and employment references. Security deposit is a minimum of 1-1/2 times a months rent (could be larger depending on the outcome of the applications). Security deposit and prorated 1st months rent are due at rental agreement/lease signing.
