The washer/dryer is a stacked unit in a closet in between the kitchen and main floor bedroom, so it is convenient, but out of sight when you want it to be.
Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, one with an office or playroom space, and the other bedroom has side attic spaces for storage.
The outside backyard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a large cabana with a wall mounted propane heater, ample patio space, herb garden and so much more! We even hosted a friends wedding here with 30 people attending! There is also a single car garage, which is great for storage, and a long driveway (for the neighborhood anyway) which can fit multiple cars as well as a boat or RV. Garden maintenance is included at no extra charge, so you get to enjoy this amazing space hassle free!
The house does have a basement mother-in-law unit, where our daughter lives. She will be helping to manage the property so she is on-site most of the time for rapid response in the event of any issues. Her basement unit has a completely separate entrance and her small yard area is separately fenced off. Tenant will be responsible for 60% of utilities (electric, natural gas, water/sewer/garbage), Tenant will be 100% responsible for their own wi-fi/internet, and propane for the cabana heater.
Please note that while the pictures show the house furnished, the interior furniture is not included, other than the barstools. The outdoor furniture is included in the rental, comprising of a picnic table and benches, and small round table with 2 chairs, and all of the cabana furniture. The cabana furniture includes a wooden bar and cooler, two love seats, two single seats, a coffee table and side tables.
