Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer (maintained at tenant expense).
Sunland has tennis courts, pool club house and golf course.
Owner pays water, sewer and HOA dues. Owner also pays for monthly gardening - pruning and general plant care to keep the landscaping in top condition. You will need to mow, water and weed.
Small dog or cat OK on a case by case basis. Additional rent and refundable deposit. The must be adult, fixed and friendly. Pet application required.
