There is a separate office area with a desk and chair for working behind the fireplace in the dining room. Internet is included in the monthly rent. The WIFI speed is 10 mbps.
House comes fully furnished (tenant will only need to bring their own towels & bedding)! This includes two couches (upstairs couch is a sectional and downstairs couch folds out into a queen bed), all kitchen appliances, dining table that seats 6, all beds, dressers, and more! The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top and the downstairs 3rd bedroom has a king bed.

Responsibility of tenant: gas, electricity, and snow removal

Snow removal is responsibility of the tenant. We have a snow blower at the house, which the tenant is able to use.
