Cute little furnished apartment, with lots of flexibility. Walls are highly insulated for noise, which is critical for both sides, as we (the owners) are also your neighbors. We have one teenager left in the house and own a dog that doesn't bark much, but does her job when someone's approaching the house. The place is furnished but some things can be moved to the basement if needed (including any kitchenware). There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and full fridge. Bedroom has two very nice, adjustable single beds that can be pulled together for a king. There is a small dining room, a small living room with two recliners and a 55" TV. WiFi and utilities are included. You have access through the bulkhead to your own washer/dryer, have your own, large private deck on the north side of the house, with access to the pool, and one parking spot. We're easygoing and right there if there's ever anything you need (which is as convenient for us as it is for you). ;)
