Many smart home features are provided, including a Nest (Google) thermostat, Nest x Yale smart lock, Nest Hub, wi-fi bedroom fans/lights, and various smart plugs. USB A and C outlets are throughout the home. All lighting is efficient LED. The living room and primary bedroom have 65 Samsung QLED smart TVs, guest bedroom has a 55 Samsung QLED smart TV, and living room has a Samsung Q-Symphony soundbar.
